I graduated from the Technical University of Karlsruhe Germany, now called KIT – Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in September 2002.
2003 – 2005: I spend two years at Hüttlin GmbH, now called Syntegon-Hüttlin at Schopfheim, Germany as a Process Specialist and Project manager for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, here mainly for Fluid Bed and High Shear Technology.
2005 – 2007: Ferring Pharmaceutical, St.Prex, Switzerland
Project Manager, Project Lead, System Owner and Qualification Specialist and Validation Co-Responsible for an OSD production.
2007 – 2026: employed at NNE / NovoNordisk Engineering
Process Specialist, Senior Specialist, SME/Subject Matter Expert mainly for OSD, Dry matter material handling, Chemical API/Synthesis Processes and most of all High Containment
… during the above time, did I travel almost every continent (Europe, North Amercia/South America, Asia, Africa) and executed projects as a SME. Most fun were definitely the High Containment projects.
Since 2015: Member of The ISPE D/A/CH Containment Steering Committee where I also was Co-Author e.g. for the Containment Manual (German and English)
Since 2022: Member of ISPE Intl. COP CON Steering Committee and Author group and Co-Author of The ISPE Good Practice Guide: Containment for Potent Compounds“ and updated ISPE Good Practice Guide: SMEPAC – Standardized Methodology for the Evaluation of Pharmaceutical Airborne Particle Emissions from Containment Systems (Third Edition) 2024.
I published in Germany in the GMP Handbook by XYZ the section for High Containment
2016 – 2023: I published some articles at TechnoPharm by ECV Editio Cantor Verlag

April 2024: start of PharmaCon Service ApS in Greater Copenhagen area, Denmark
April 2026: full time work at PharmaCon Service
